May 8, 2024: Fifty-two percent of voters say that American society is generally fair and decent. A Scott Rasmussen national survey conducted by RMG Research found that 33% believe it is generally unfair and discriminatory.

The survey also found that voters are divided about whether racism and discrimination (47%) or efforts by the federal government to fight racism and discrimination (42%) is the bigger problem in America today.
