What do you do if you’re in politics and you can’t win at the ballot box, or in Congress, or public opinion polls?

The latest answer from Democrats, and organizations aligned with them, seems to be to sue your opponents.

A recent ABC news story announced that, as of late April, the Trump administration has been sued over 220 times.
