Intelligence Director Gabbard Warns of Nuclear Holocaust

Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, posted a video to social media Tuesday where she warned of a potential “nuclear holocaust.”

In the video, Gabbard described a visit to Hiroshima, Japan, where she looked at the aftermath of the atomic bomb dropped on the city during World War II.

“It’s hard for me to find the words to express what I saw,” Gabbard said. “This is an experience that will stay with me forever. This attack obliterated the city, killed over 300,000 people, many dying instantly while others died from severe burns, injuries, radiation sickness and cancer that set in the following months and years.”
