U.S. District Court judges “acting like they’re the president of the United States” need to be stopped, Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told Newsmax on Tuesday.

Several hours before the Senate Judiciary Committee prepared to hold an afternoon hearing on the supposedly “least dangerous branch,” Jordan appeared on Newsmax’s “Wake Up America” and said nationwide injunctions need to be reined in.

“I think we should look at every avenue possible to try to stop these judges from acting like they’re the president of the United States,” Jordan told co-hosts Sharla McBride and Marc Lotter.
