The investigation into who was “running the country” under then-President Joe Biden, the use of “autopen” and the “cover-up” of his cognitive decline and advanced “aggressive” cancer took another step toward transparency, oversight, accountability and the pursuit of truth Thursday.
House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., has sent letters to five prominent Biden administration officials to appear for transcribed interviews in June: Dr. Kevin O’Connor, former Domestic Policy Council Director Neera Tanden, and three prominent White House aides.
“The cover-up of President Biden’s obvious mental decline is a historic scandal,” Comer wrote in a statement releasing the five letters seeking “voluntary” interviews. “The American people deserve to know when this decline began, how far it progressed and who was making critical decisions on his behalf.
