The U.S. Court of International Trade last week ruled that President Donald Trump’s sweeping tariffs on goods imported from almost every foreign nation were illegal.
The court determined that the International Emergency Economic Powers Act does not grant the president unbounded authority to impose tariffs.
Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., told Newsmax Congressional Correspondent Kilmeny Duchardt on Tuesday that the courts should let Trump “do his job.”
